Biography

Flávia Ceccato is an auditor at the Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) with extensive experience in public financial oversight. She currently works as a coordinator of control actions at the Specialized Audit Unit for Electric and Nuclear Energy (AudElétrica). She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and a master’s degree in Regulation and Business Management from the University of Brasília (UnB).

An expert in data analysis for public works audits, she has authored several articles on the application of Benford's Law in this field and co-authored Audit Sample Selection of Public Works According to Benford's Law, published by the Brazilian Institute of Public Works (IBRAOP). Flávia has also served as a finance and control analyst at the Comptroller General of the Union and as a tax analyst at the Federal Revenue of Brazil.

Her academic pursuits extend beyond auditing, with postgraduate degrees in ABA Intervention for Autism and Intellectual Disability (Child Behavior Institute of Miami), Astronomy Teaching (Cruzeiro do Sul Virtual), and Spirituality and Consciousness Studies (PUCRS). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in physics.

Flávia is the author of the book Discovering Existential Intelligence: Tools, Insights, and Implications, which explores this underrecognized dimension of human cognition and its practical applications.

She is a member of several high-IQ and philosophical societies, including Mensa Brasil, Intertel, the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry (ISPE), VeNus High IQ Society, ePiq IQ Society, and the Infinity International Society. A frequent speaker at international events, she combines expertise in regulation, cognition, and scientific inquiry to explore interdisciplinary connections in her work.
