Presentation of the Handbook on Sample Selection for Public Works Audits using Benford's Law.
Application of Benford’s Law in Public Works Auditing — lecture delivered at the Rui Barbosa Institute (IRB) for all Brazilian Courts of Accounts, as part of the IRB Scientific Journeys program. The session highlighted innovative data-driven methods for detecting overpricing in large-scale infrastructure projects.
